  What is your return policy?

A:

I do NOT accept returns on personalized items! That is why I offer an electronic proof that requires your approval before printing and sending. Returns on other items are on a case by case basis! Any returned item must be in its original condition. Refund issued after receipt of items returned.

Q:

  Do you combine shipping?

A:

 I will always combine and discount shipping, but the rates vary based on the combination of items and where they are being shipped. Email for a personalized quote!

Q:

  When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:

For items without personalization, I usually ship within 2 business days! For personalized items, they usually ship within 3 business days following the electronic proof approval! The shipment times depend on the shipment method chosen at checkout. If you need your items fast- You MUST pay for the upgraded shipping to Priority mail!

Q:

  How much is the shipping and handling charge and what does it pay for?

A:

Shipping and Handling cost are posted on each auction listing & includes the cost of the shipping container, packing material, postage, and Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is always an option and additional for Domestic US shipping only! Tracking and insurance are not available for international shipments unless requested due to the expense of such services.

  Do you ship internationally?

A:

 Yes I will ship Internationally, the costs associated with International Shipping is posted on each auction. Sorry but Insurance and tracking is not an option for international shipping unless you sepecifically request and pay for that additional service. That because these services are expensive!

Q:

  I like your items, but I need a different size or color, do you offer this option?

A:

 I can special order other colors and sizes of labels. Email me with your specific request and I will research the availability of the item and the compatibility with my graphics program. Usually special orders can take an additional 2 weeks to complete!

Q:

  I would like a specific font that you don't offer.  Can I email it to you?

A:

  Yes you can certainly email me the zip format of the font in a TrueType font format and I can use it on your personalized item(s).

Q:

  Why is the "Best Offer" available on your eBay auctions, But you denied my best offer?

A:

The Best Offer Button on the Auction listings are ONLY for individuals who need less than the full lot of items listed on the auction. This keeps my costs down by not having to create an auction for every customer who needs an amount less than what the auction lists.

Q:

  I ordered labels from you awhile ago and want the same labels reprinted. Do you keep my personalized design?

A:

  Yes I save all customer personalized designs for approximately 3 years.

Q:

  Why do you not offer a personalization proof before I pay to see if I like it?

A:

Part of what you are paying for is the designing and proof approval process. That is why I do not offer the design and sending of proof until payment is received. That also protects my work from unauthorized reproduction without my consent.

Q:

  I am looking for a different graphic, can you show me what you have that fits my theme?

A:

 I have access to all of the images on the Microsoft Clipart Website, (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx?lc=en-gb) Cut and paste the link into your browser and browse the 1,000's of graphics that they offer. If you find one you like, note the entire file/image number!

Q:

  Wedding Etiquette: Who's name is listed first on personalized wedding items?

A:

Traditional Etiquette Outlines the Brides name listed first on all personalized wedding items, but many couples today are chosing to go against Traditional, so the choice is yours. I stick with Traditional and change is as the customer requests!

Q:

  Can I chose more than one design for my order?

A:

Only ONE personalized design or monogram is allowed per lot of labels. If you request more than one design there is a $3 additional designing charge per additional design.
